Come and See

Isaiah’s Prophecy (chapter 29:11, 18-19):

And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book . . . and in that day shall the deaf hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity, and out of darkness. The meek also shall increase their joy in the Lord, and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

This prophesy has been fulfilled by the coming forth of the Book of Mormon. As Isaiah foretold, this book has the capacity to touch the meek and penitent followers of Jesus Christ and to increase their faith and knowledge in Him.

If you have ever felt a spiritual hunger to find greater peace despite the sorrows and difficulties of this life or have wondered about God’s purposes for you, I invite you to discover or rediscover this book. It was published to the world in 1830 following intense opposition and it has been said that this book “cost the best blood of the nineteenth century.”

To those who are reluctant to read the Book of Mormon for whatever reason, or to those who doubt the experiences of how it was brought forth, I encourage you to come and see with an open mind and heart and with a willingness to ask God in prayer whether this book is true.  Order a free copy here: http://www.mormon.org/free-book-of-mormon.
